I told you about it a few weeks ago but I want to remind you about the Louisville Arcade Expo coming up this weekend March 8-10. 2013. As I’ve said it’s one of my favorite annual events (B’s too). It’s such a good time to play old school video games (“Prepare to Qualify!”) and pinball.
The 3rd annual Louisville Arcade Expo will be held this March 8th, 9th, and 10th at the Triple Crown Pavilion Convention center behind the Ramada Plaza Louisville right off I64 and Hurstbourne Parkway.
Remember the fun it was to go to your local arcade, and play the newest games such as Pacman or Donkey Kong? Or Christmas mornings spent glued to the Tv after unwrapping your very own Atari 2600? If classic games provide you with great nostaglia, we guarantee you’ll have a blast playing all those favorites and more at the Louisville Arcade Expo.
The Expo is a celebration of all things retro gaming, and features 100s of pinball (Wizard of Oz, Eight Ball Deluxe), arcade machines (Donkey Kong, Galaga), and classic consoles (Atari, NES, Sega, etc) from the 70s, 80s, and 90s setup for people to enjoy playing. The best part – no quarters needed. All games are set on free-play.
At the door pricing is $15 a day, or $35 for a weekend pass.
