Next Friday March 8, 2013, Foxhollow Farm is hosting another session in their Farm to Table dining series and this time they’re celebrating spring.

this supper will highlight Foxhollow Farm grass-fed beef and the first shoots and sprouts from the garden.

Beef Tartare with Seasonal Pickles

Dilled Microgreens and Borage Flowers with goat cheese and Green Goddess dressing
Smoked Rabbit with Jezebel sauce and red kale

Roasted Sirloin with herbed hollandaise, quail egg and baby carrots
Spring Vegetable Bread Pudding with fresh farm cheese Mornay Sauce
