So I’m a little late to this, they’ve already had one class in the series, but there are three classes left so I thought it was worth mentioning.
Vegan. Maybe you’ve heard the word on TV, seen it in a magazine, or on a food item you recently bought. Maybe you think it’s a crazy, extreme way of living for hippies. Maybe you’re a vegetarian who thinks, “giving up meat was easy, but I could never give up cheese.” Regardless of why, if you’re interested in making the change or are just curious and want to learn more about the vegan lifestyle the Louisville Vegetarian Club’s four classes on the “how” and “why” of veganism is for you.
