Unsolicited Business Love

I’ve traditionally been really bad about having business cards on-hand to pass out. I’ve spoken at two events in the past month and was asked at least a few times at each event for a business card and alas I had no business cards to give.

I knew that, particularly as we get closer and closer to the release of Menu and Hours, I needed to get business cards that reference Menu and Hours. I also knew that I need to be a lot better about remembering to have business cards on my person or in my bag at all times. Enter Hound Dog Press and the oh so awesome letterpress business cards that I ordered from them.

These cards are so lovely I want to carry them and pass them out like crazy. Thanks Hound Dog Press for doing such a great job.

If you’ve never looked into letterpress printing it’s definitely a little more expensive than the 1,000 business cards for $50 deals you’ll find all over the interwebs but in my mind it is totally worth the money. The quality, the craftmanship, the artistry all make it worth it. Because this kind of printing does cost a bit more I can’t afford to buy the matching stationery that I’d love to have Hound Dog make me. I’m definitely putting it on my birthday wishlist though.
