Thin Mint Drink at Red Hot Roasters

I swung by Red Hot Roasters yesterday and they gave me one of their new Girl Scout Cookie inspired drinks to try. Naturally I chose the thin mint drink. And you guys, it comes with an actual thin mint:

It’s funny, I’m not really a mint person but I love thin mints because it’s just enough mint to keep things interesting but not enough to make you feel like you were chewing on mint leaves. Red Hot Roasters thin mint drink manages to pull off that same “enough mint to make it interesting but not overpowering” trick. I’m not sure what I expected but honestly, I said out loud to myself in the car “This is delicious!” after the first drink. Yes, I talk to myself, what of it?

Red Hot has taken Girl Scout Cookie legends the Trefoil, Samoa and Thin Mint and translated them into delicious drinks that will be available through March for $5.25.
