I feel that I’ve been deprived all these years because nobody told me about the existence of Nuts N Stuff. A dear friend took me there last week and my little baking heart was in heaven. All those ingredients! In whatever quantity I want to buy. Pitted dates! Crystalized ginger! Superfine sugar! Blue Corn Meal! Rye Flour! Strange beans! Arrowroot powder! Clearly I was very excited by all that I found. I’m planning to make and give away date honey/syrup for Rosh Hashanah and the thought of pitting all those dates was giving me fits, I shall worry no more, Nuts N Stuff is going to take care of me.
Nuts n Stuff is the most unique bulk store in the Louisville area. Thanks for this Michelle. I’d started to think Nuts n Stuff was an urban myth. I’ve heard people whisper about it for years. I laughed out loud when I read your post title.

Chris, I believe a lot of folks think that we are like Brigadoon, that we show up for the Christmas holidays but forget we are open the other 10 1/2 months of the year.
