Biking in Louisville, East Market

They are really stretching the Car Free Happy Hour to different parts of the city. That’s cool. The first one, if I recall correctly, was in Old Louisville, last month was at the Monkey Wrench in the Highlands and this month they’re heading to the Bodega in NuLu*.

*Are we going with this? Have we collectively agreed to refer to this stretch of East Market as NuLu? I’m not opposed to it I just realized that I really don’t use that term, I always just say “East Market.” So basically I’m asking you should I add a category for “NuLu” here on Consuming Louisville and start using that as well as the category for “East Market” when writing about things down there?

I’m glad you explained what it is, cuz this is the first time I’ve even heard of Nulu. What’s it mean? Like “New Louisville”? I say stick with East Market. Everybody gets it! :)
