Missed the event but so enjoyed time with Michelle (bartender) and the great food and beer, including "guest" Dogfish Palo Santo from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. You go Sam Calagione, Dogfish CEO, who keeps concocting these incredible "themed" libation offerings to keep up with their B and B IPAs 60, 90 and 120 minute gems.
Ein Prosit!

No argument here. Just sounds like a splendid event.
Questions:
1. Is it Buffalo or Bison, and are they Kosher?
http://www.kashrut.com/articles/buffalo/
2. Is Beer Kosher?
http://www.kashrut.com/articles/alcohol/
3. Keep the meat separate from the dairy?
http://www.jewfaq.org/kashrut.htm
Notes:
By the way, one classic refreshing beverage is a beer marketed as: HE'BREW (truly, an outstanding beer).
