Beer, Downtown, Food, Louisville Restaurants

Anyone up for a debate on Rabbinic kosher versus Biblical kosher? Bison meat
combined with cow’s milk cheese always makes me think of it. No? I’m the only one? Well ok then.

Kentucky Bison Company is teaming up with the restaurant for a cookout on the patio featuring bison sliders for $2.50 per slider and three-ounce samples of brewmaster Brian Reymiller’s signature beers for $1. The event starts at takes place from 5:30 to 8 p.m., providing the perfect excuse for a midweek happy hour.

No argument here. Just sounds like a splendid event.
    Questions:
    1. Is it Buffalo or Bison, and are they Kosher?

    2. Is Beer Kosher?

    3. Keep the meat separate from the dairy?

    Notes:
By the way, one classic refreshing beverage is a beer marketed as: HE’BREW (truly, an outstanding beer).

Missed the event but so enjoyed time with Michelle (bartender) and the great food and beer, including “guest” Dogfish Palo Santo from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. You go Sam Calagione, Dogfish CEO, who keeps concocting these incredible “themed” libation offerings to keep up with their B and B IPAs 60, 90 and 120 minute gems.
    Ein Prosit!
