I think the trick is to just get the hang of blogging while you work. Maybe some kind of reward system like: 2 spreadsheets completed = 5 minutes writing about the season schedule for the Kentucky Opera. Or 6 paragraphs of a report written = 5 minutes of celebrating the opening of another awesome restaurant.
I’m sure your employer would understand that this is helping the community… right?
