This just sounds like a kick ass, awesome time:
10am to Midnight. All day in the street between Rodgers and Payne (the block Spinelli’s is in). Sponsored by Identity, Spinelli’s, Bluegrass Green Company, On Your Left Cycles. Live Music, Punk Rock Flea Market, Inflatabounce. South Philadelphia style block party!!
I don’t know exactly what a South Philly style block party is but one of my favorite photographers in the world, Zoe Strauss, always talks about how great South Philly is so I’m pretty sure a South Philly style block party is, by definition, made of awesome.
And can we discuss the notion of a Punk Rock Flea Market for a moment? How freaking great does that sound? I *so* want to be craftier and more DIY so I can make things to sell at punk craft shows and flea markets. Oy, I wish I was cooler (grammar geeks help me out here is it “I wish I was cooler” or “I wish I were cooler?”).

I’m going to say “I wish I was cooler.” If you were talking to me I think you would say “I wish you were cooler.” Well, I used to be cool.
