My friend John Wurth of Hatch Creative is offering a heck of a promotion to try to help small, local businesses out. John designed Consuming Louisville’s awesome logo so you know I’m a fan of his work. He also, as a donation, designed the great t-shirt for my team in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk last year.
He does very good work and he’s good people.
The promotion is called “Pay What ya’ Feel” and here’s the scoop on it straight from John:
“I know small businesses are having trouble spending money in today’s
economy, believe me, I’m right there with you. Even in a down economy,
advertising (via web or print) still has to be a priority. You really
have to stay in front of customer’s eyes. You want them spending their
precious money with you, right?Well, Hatchie and I are proud to announce our new promotion, “Pay
What ya’ Feel”. From now until July 1st, we’re letting you tell us what
you are willing to spend on our services”
Now, please note that Hatch Creative can turn down offers that they absolutely cannot work with but I bet if you’re reasonable they will totally work with you.
For example my reasonable offer is I’m broke as a joke but I’d love to have an awesome logo for the new Consuming Louisville Nerd Bookclub and in exchange I’ll happily tell everyone I know how great Hatch Creative is. Do you think they’ll go for that? Probably not but it’s worth a shot!
