“Faith Without Fanaticism” Discussion at UofL April 20, 2009

April 17, 2009

Lecture, UofL

While I’ve never heard of this rabbi he sounds like he’s worth listening to.

A rabbi known for advocating interfaith discussion in his book,
religious blog and television appearances will share his perspective at
a lecture at the University of Louisville.

Rabbi Brad Hirschfield will speak on “You Don’t Have to Be Wrong for
Me to Be Right: Finding Faith Without Fanaticism,” which also is the
title of his 2008 book.

Finding Faith Without Fanaticism
April 20, 2:30 p.m.
Admission is free and open to the public

He’ll be on State of Affairs at 1 on Monday, too, and having done the research for the show, I have to say, I’m really looking forward to having him. I’m not really a religious person, but I really like what he has to say and I think his personal story is pretty fascinating!

  2. Michelle Says:

Thanks for the heads up Laura. I’ll definitely have to listen to that.
