Local Big Gay Sketch Show Contestant Needs Your Help

March 26, 2009

Comedy, Online

There’s a headline I never imagined writing. Louisville native Wil Heuser of The Wil Show is looking to be a cast member on the Big Gay Sketch Show on Logo. Getting on the show is a challenge of sorts with popular vote being a determing factor. Currently Wil is in second place and he needs your votes.

I made it to round 2 of “The Big Gay Sketch Show” casting competition!
I need as many votes as possible to get through to round 3. Voters can
vote once EVERYDAY! I have till March 24th. If I move on to round 3, I
very well could be the new cast member of “The Big Gay Sketch Show”,
which airs on the LOGO network.  Every vote every day counts!

Since that update from Wil he’s made it into round 3 and needs a little help from the Louisville community to get him over the top and onto the show’s cast. So go vote for him.

  1. Steve Magruder Says:

Make sure to check out the videos on his contestant page. The last one in the list is his “interview” video for the contest, and it’s wicked funny — he shows off two of his funniest characters.
The first video in the list is a parody of American Idol called “American Idiot” — must-watch as well.
In my estimation, Wil Heuser is a comedy phenom, and he deserves all the support he can get from fellow Louisvillians.
You’ll also run into videos of an angry “Etta James” and “Mom Jeans”. If you want a big laugh, head over there!
