New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day at Proof

December 03, 2008

Downtown, Food

Chef Michael Paley from Proof blogged his planned menu for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and good gracious am I now hungry. I’ll tell you the truth though as yummy as some of the “fancy” food on both the dinner and brunch menus are I’m really most excited at the thought of steel cut oatmeal with caramelized banana, espresso bourbon syrup or the buttermilk granola pancakes with sugarbush syrup. What can I tell you? I’m a simple breakfast kind of girl.
