I’m an early morning voter myself. Usually around 7:00 or 7:30AM I walk up to Bellarmine, get in line, do my voting thing and walk back home by 8AM. I’m curious if it’s going to be different this year. I think my neighborhood has always been pretty active voting wise so I don’t know that we’re going to see a significantly higher turnout but I won’t be unhappy if I have to wait a few more minutes to vote. What’s your voting routine? If it involves rushing back home after voting to be hme with the kids who are out because of election day or having the day off work you’d do well to consider going to the Speed Museum.
You’ve been to the polls, now come celebrate the founders of America at the Speed Art Museum. Bring your Lincolns to the museum to receive $5 admission to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness: American Art from the Yale University Art Gallery, LIVE music from the Jawbones, a special $5 lunch option by Bristol Café, special tours, giveaways, family art activities, and a whole- lot of fun!
