Well I can certainly tell you where I’ll be on Tuesday October 14 if my beloved finds out about this. What is this? It’s the final Forest Flicks at Bernheim screening of the year. What are they showing? The Birds. And who directed The Birds? Yes, that’s right Alfred Hitchcock, only my beloveds most favoritest filmmaker. The Birds is one of my beloved’s favorites.
Bernheim’s first full season of Forest Flicks culminates with everyone’s favorite Hitchcock thriller! But first, enjoy the fall weather with a guided hike. Then we are on to the instrumental alchemy and theatrical experience of Louisville’s own National Hotel. Then we’ll scare your socks off with Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds, screened under the stars and maybe a bit too close to nature.
