Despite being a history nerd I don’t read a lot of historical biographies. After watching the John Adams miniseries on HBO I’m much more interested in historical biographies than I was before. Elizabeth 1 is a fascinating historical figure so Weir’s new book might be just the first in this genre I dive into.
