		<description>The Dogwood Festival is when my girlfriend&#039;s neighborhood becomes overrun with people driving and walking through gawking at their trees, and making quick errands to the store virtually impossible.  What I HIGHLY recommend is checking out a house whose address I&#039;ll guess to be in the 3370-80s Eagle Pass for the absurd signage out front, essentially calling Audobon park police fascists...
